A modern mobile multi-use self drive van available for allied healthcare providers, local health professionals and organisations –
Alpine Outreach van is a self drive consulting space available for allied healthcare providers, local health professionals, government and organisations to use and provide allied health services and emergency recovery services.
Supporting remote disadvantaged regional communities through:
- Preventative health care
- Consulting services
- Remote Servicing
- Disaster Response
- Health education for all ages
- Two areas with privacy screens form the internal layout with heating cooling and internet access
The van has been provided by the Jacob Group with fit out designed in consultation with Alpine Health.
Providing a healthy connection to our community
Alpine Outreach is a mobile multi-use van which can be used by healthcare providers, local health professionals and organisations.
Designed to take services into regional and remote areas to provide preventative health care consulting services, remote servicing and disaster response.
Alpine Outreach Inc. is a community social enterprise, administered by volunteers in North East Victoria. Together we manage the use and upkeep of a mobile multi-use Alpine Outreach van.
We have designed Alpine Outreach to improve the access to health and well-being services within our regional community. The multi-use mobile van builds community connection and cohesion, supports community development, builds capability and capacity for recovery and empowers our community to lead and direct disaster recovery process.
A MOU has been entered into by Alpine Health and Alpine Outreach Inc. to support the availability of skin cancer checks in the Alpine Shire.
Skin Cancer Checks at Events
A Full-body skin cancer check in a safe professional manner by trained melanographer from the Gardens Skin Cancer Centre or GP Skin Cancer Specialist Dr. Amelia Lambers.
Open to members of the public
20 – 30 minute appointments available throughout the day – please add your name to wait list if your preferred location is booked out
Held in Alpine Outreach van with next checks located in outreach locations.

20 Minute appointments with trained clinician from the Gardens Skin Cancer Clinic or the Pinnacles Group (Medicbank). The 30 minute appointment checks performed by Dr. Amelia Lambers Standish Street Clinic Myrtleford
